Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Mullien, Peppermint, Sage, and Mugwort
Instructions: Bring 4-6 cups of filtered/bottled water to a boil then add 3-5 tablespoons of herbs to the water. Allow the herbs to steep and turn the water brown like tea. Then transfer the hot water into a glass/stainless steel/ceramic bowl. (If you choose to steam directly out of the pot be extra cautions!) You then want to place your face over the steam at a safe distance. Use a towel or blanket to trap the steam. Inhale deeply, hold your breath, then release. Continue this for 15-20 minutes for optimal results. Steam up to 3x a week.
